Fine Dinning with Family - Risotto and Scallop Wellington

This week I cooked for my family, my parents, brother, cousin Adrian and Grandparents.   I was lucky to have Adrian staying at my house because he is a film maker and took some amazing footage of my cooking!  Here are four short videos showing me cook the meal.
